Production Blog: Location Confirmed Again and Props

     After filming Corey for the first time, I realized that we would need to add a lot more variety of scenes and shots to this project. If we wanted even the slightest chance of doing superb on this music video. I just finished discussing with Corey and Chelsey regarding filming again. This time, Chelsey will be able to film along with Corey and I, as she was absent from the last filming session. My group and I were supposed to film yesterday, December 15th after school, however Chelsey had to cancel due to family reasons. I asked her and Corey if Caporella Park would still worked, and they said yes. They also said that 10:00 in the morning would be an idealistic time for our filming session to start. As mentioned in the previous blog, I will be filming the nostalgic scene of our music video. Corey and Chelsey will be filmed having a good time at the park, enjoying the moment as friends. In regards to props, there will be a few props being used, but not a lot. First prop that will be used is a tripod. Obviously, I will use a tripod, to film any scene in which I will have to follow Corey and Chelsey, or any scene where I can't stay still while filming. Secondly, I will be bringing a tripod stand, that will assist me in filming still scenes. The tripod stand will assist me in eliminating extra effort needed, that would be required if I were to hold the camera still. This is kind of unnecessary, but I will also be bringing snacks and water for me and my group. Just to eliminate one of my many worries and concerns that could go wrong during our session. Finally, I or one of my other group members, will be bringing an extra camera or filming device of some sort. Just in case my cell phone dies, which is very unlikely. I am hoping tomorrow will be the day that I finish filming all the scenes, as the due date is approaching very closely.

 Originally, the plan was to start filming after spring break. However, I found out through Corey that he will be leaving for his Europe trip on Saturday. There is no school on Friday, meaning we could get some filming done that day. There is a scene where just Corey is filmed driving the car to go pick up Chelsey and Cailey. This is the scene I intend on filming Corey this Friday. The plan is, I will slide to his neighborhood early in the morning, while my dad is doing a quick construction job. During that period of time, I will film Corey leaving his house driving his mother's SUV. For about a minute I will film Corey just driving. Production Blog: Filming Progress

      As stated in the previous blog, I was able to get some filming progress done with Corey on Friday, the first day of our spring break. Due to Cailey and Chelsey not being present, I only filmed his part. Which consisted of him driving his car, on the way to pick up Cailey and Chelsey. It was done relatively early in the morning, which is shown as the sun appears to be rising in most of the footage. Even though I am content that a little bit of progress was done. It is my goal to start filming this week, as I am heavily opposed to procrastination. Much discussion was done today with Corey, Chelsey, and Cailey. It seems that all 3 of them, as well as myself, will be available on Saturday to film. Production Blog: Not Able to Film

     After the first filming session where I filmed Corey, I decided that I would need another day or two to film Corey again. This time however, Chelsey would be a part of the filming process. As she was not able to be present the last time I filmed. I discussed with Corey and Chelsey what days work for them, a few days ago. Chelsey stated that she would be available and Wednesday and Thursday. Corey stated that from Monday through Thursday he would be available. We had previously planned to film again today, Wednesday, December 14th. However, I just finished telling them that Wednesday would not work for me. Due to the fact that I have after-school tutoring for chemistry. I have a chemistry test tomorrow, that I am partially prepared for, and I'm trying to be completely prepared.
