AICE Media Studies

 Props: Our group's major prop will be a phone to record. Since we are  producing an alternative  hip-hop/rap music video.  ·         Costumes: Our music video will feature 1-2 people from our group. The actors will wear basic clothing, with plain colors. It will not be anything too flashy or bold, just basic everyday clothing like hoodies or jacket, a shirt, jeans or pants, or shorts. Any shoe can be used, even sandals and slides as it resembles Tyler the Creator. Also, we are avoiding loud branded shirts or pants during the shoot.  ·      Schedule: ·           On 11/11/22 - We decided on our props, which will be my cell phone, an I-phone 12 mini. As well as our tripod which will be used to hold the phone. ·                          ·           On 11/15/22 - We set up our schedule, set the dates, etc.  ·           On 11/17/22 - We are progressing steadily with out story board.  ·           On the week of 10/20/22 - 10/26/22, our group will film the commercial, as it is Thanksgivin

 My group is doing a music video using the song  Are we still friends by Tyler the Creator. In which the artist expresses himself struggling with the thought of whether him and his former partner should remain friends. Although this particular song does not have an official music video, the artist Tyler the Creator is known for wearing hats on most occasions, ranging from bucket hats to caps to ushanka-hat. He is also known for having a laid-back and atypical personality which is reflected in many of his songs.  Tyler the Creator wears average clothing such as jeans, shorts, pants, casual shoes/sneakers or sandals, and sweaters or knitted shirts.  He is tall and has an average build. Most of his songs have a slow to medium tempo that are meant to make the listener feel relaxed.  Props in his songs include occasionally wigs, hats, many times suits, shorts or pants, and formal or casual shoes.   In my group, I decided long ahead that I wanted to work with people that I know. That were diligent and not lazy. Also, I wanted a group that wasn't entirely large, but had enough minds to work on each task. In my group there is two people, Corey W. and Chelsey M. Corey was one of the first people I met when I started high school. I used to have him in my biology class. I thought he was kind of weird, but in all honesty he's a super chill and nice guy. Not to mention his experience in video editing is definitely a plus. Also he has a very artistic and creative perspective on things. Which I believe will balance out immaculately with my straightforward perspective on things. Chelsey, I met her mid-way towards the end of the 3rd quarter in math class. We were assigned to the same group when we did group work. Which is how we met. We have three classes this year, and I enjoy doing work with her and bouncing our ideas off each other.   Hello, I am David Vidal, you can address me as David. I like watching TV series, eating, family, money and exercising. I am Brazilian-American, born in the U.S.A. to Brazilian immigrants. I live with my father, mother, and little brother. On the weekends, I enjoy sleeping for as long as possible, typically for a half day. Every day, the best way I enjoy starting my morning off, is by making a delicious breakfast. Every day it might be something different, from oatmeal, to eggs, pancakes, fruit, bacon, bread, and milk. Every weekend, I attend and help out at my church with the youth program they have going on there. I enjoy working out, and my favorite sport is soccer. So far, I am finding this class very fascinating and interesting. I never thought that cinematography could ever be so complex.  In all honesty, my mind is always filled with crazy ideas that I've wanted to post on YouTube for instance but had no knowledge to execute that desire.
